A Full Conference Pass includes: Platform classes, a 3-day pass to the expo, evening events, and access to Launch Pad.


Early Bird Rates:  Through December 14, 2012

Full Conference Pass (WPPI Members): $199. Includes one (1) free guest. 2nd, 3rd and 4th guests are $150 ea.

Full Conference Pass (Non-WPPI Members): $379 ea.

PLUS Classes (WPPI Members only) $695 ea.

Master Classes (WPPI Members and Non-members) $55 ea.

WPPI University (WPPI Members and Non-members) $110 ea.

WPPI Expo only $25 ea.

Regular Rates:  December 15, 2012 - March 6, 2013

When you register with a guest does your guest receive full benefits?
A free guest receives a Full Conference Pass, which is the same as a paid registration (Platform classes, expo and evening events). Plus classes, MasterClasses and WPPI University are not included in that price.

Can I register on-site?
Yes, please visit the "Register Here" attendee registration counters at the MGM Convention Center during registration hours. Please note that onsite registration fees are higher than early bird and regular registration fees.

What is Pre-Board?
Platform classes are open to all Full Conference Pass attendees. Pre-board will give you a guaranteed seat for up to 5 platform classes.  You will have the option to pre-board for the top five classes you wish to attend during online registration. You may attend other Platform Classes on a walk-in basis based on available seating.

What is the WPPI Planner?
The WPPI Planner is the ONLY way to find out about who’s exhibiting and how to make the most of your visit. This powerful online tool allows you to identify WPPI exhibitors who offer the products and services you are looking for so you won’t miss seeing them face to face at the show. This interactive system also provides a matchmaking service as well as an online meeting request option to set appointments and keep track of your schedule so you can have a productive and successful trip. When you register, you will receive an email with a link to the WPPI Planner that will allow you to use your registration badge number as both your username and password. After you log-in, update your profile so interested parties can find you.

How do you register?
You may register on our website by clicking on the “Registration” button on the top of each web page. If you would like to register via fax or mail, contact Customer Service at 240-439-2985 (International calls) and 877-699-5410, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (EST) or WPPI@experient-inc.com and request a paper registration form. Please note there is a $10 processing fee for fax/mailed registrations.

Do I need a ticket for Launch Pad and Special Evening Events?
No tickets are needed for Launch Pad & Special Event Sessions. These events are open to all Full Conference Pass attendees. You will not receive a ticket for these events, nor will they be listed on your Conference Pass. Admittance is given to Full Conference Pass attendees, which will be indicated by their badge holder color.

Are children allowed at the expo?
We have received many comments from exhibitors and attendees in regards to children on the trade show floor and in the session classrooms. We understand that many of our attendees are working parents who need to bring their children to WPPI. While we do not want to discourage working parents from attending, our primary responsibility is to ensure a professional and safe environment. Be sure to read and understand the following if you plan to bring children to WPPI:

• Children under the age of 16 (including infants) are not permitted in educational programs at any time.
• Children under the age of 16 will be permitted in the Expo Hall provided they have adult supervision at all times (no more than two children per adult). Proof of age may be required.
• No strollers will be permitted on the trade show floor at any time.
• If child care is needed, contact your hotel concierge to make arrangements.
